Process
Let's Meet

Our friendship starts with a simple email telling us all about yourselves and your wedding day. Then we schedule a double-date either in-person or virtually so we can get to know each other better (your favorite board game will probably come up). You decide this is the real deal and tell us "Let's Do This!" and we make everything official with a contract and retainer.
Engagement Session
This is where the real fun begins! We hang out together one evening taking photos of you laughing, cuddling, and having a ball together! You’ll finally see just how many times Ariel can say “ shit biscuits” in one session and watch her climb on anything to get that perfect shot! Once the light fades away and we’ve had fun running around together we’ll go out to dinner to unwind and relax.

Wedding Planning
Your wedding day is quickly approaching and it’s time to dig into the details! We send a timeline questionnaire months before your wedding asking for every detail you could possibly imagine - we're game for a coffee date if you need more direction filling out this form! We create a custom timeline curated to exactly what you want captured so your wedding day flows seamlessly.

Get Married
It's your special day! We’ve all been excitedly waiting for you to say your vows and make that special commitment to one another. We capture your memories while you party with your closest friends and family, but don’t worry, we’ll be sure to break out a few dance moves and celebrate with you!

Gallery Delivery
Time to relive your special day! Up to 6 short weeks later you’ll receive your full online gallery with all of your beautiful high-resolution images! You’ll be able to download, share, and print images immediately and you can share your gallery with your friends and family as well!

Our wedding collections are designed to cover most celebrations, but we understand each couple's vision is unique and offer custom tailored collections as well.
All wedding collections include at least 8 hours of coverage by 2 photographers, an engagement session, edited images, and an online gallery with print release.

We believe in celebrating all love. We love working with all couples regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, body size, special needs, or disabilities. This is a welcome and inviting space to allow your true personalities to shine through your photos.
Bright and colorful with accurate skin tones! Our goal is to present timelessly joyful images of your wedding day that authentically show the real you. Our approach throughout the day varies based on what is required - documentary and candid moments during your ceremony + reception, traditional posing for your family formals, with a mixture of prompts thrown in for those wedding party and couples portraits.
Up to 6 weeks for wedding images. Up to 3 weeks for engagement + couple sessions. Up to 4 weeks for boudoir sessions.
If we finish your photos earlier then you'll get them as soon as they're done!
Absolutely! You're welcome to print from whichever lab you choose, but your online gallery will allow you to print from a professional printing lab from the comfort of your couch.
We happily travel and custom quotes are provided when necessary. We love to learn about your destination celebration before we discuss travel plans so we can provide a comprehensive quote.
We've spent years learning and honing our craft to ensure we can capture your event as thoroughly and beautifully as possible. As this is Ariel's full-time job, we cannot extend a discount. We do, however, offer flexible payment plans to help make our services more attainable.
